No, never. Your uploaded documents and conversations are never used to train any AI model — not ours, not anyone else's. This is a core product commitment.
Where is my data stored?
Data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure by default. Enterprise customers can specify data residency and opt for local or regional hosting.
Who at LawyerUp can access my data?
Access to customer data is strictly limited to essential infrastructure operations when needed for support or incident response. All internal access is logged.
Can I get a dedicated private instance?
Yes. Enterprise plans include fully isolated deployment — your own infrastructure, your own database, your own model endpoints. Talk to us.
How do you handle deletion requests?
Delete any document or your whole account at any time. All data is permanently removed within 30 days, with cryptographic confirmation on request.
