LawyerUp is a legal research and productivity tool. Outputs from the platform are not a substitute for professional legal judgment. You are responsible for verifying all information before relying on it in legal proceedings or advising clients.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use LawyerUp only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not use the platform to provide misleading information, circumvent legal processes, or harm third parties.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all documents and data you upload to LawyerUp. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content. LawyerUp's platform, branding, and proprietary technology remain our intellectual property.

6. Limitation of Liability

LawyerUp is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and limit our liability to the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Refund Policy

All subscription purchases, seat additions, and upgrades are final and strictly non-refundable. LawyerUp does not offer refunds, credits, or prorated billing for any partial subscription periods, unused accounts, or downgraded services under any circumstances.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Karachi, Pakistan.
